Can you provide an estimated delivery date?

We ship within 2-3 days of receiving your order. If there are issues with your order, we will let you know as soon as we're made aware of the issue.

Are there faster delivery options available?

Standard shipments will ship via USPS, FedEx or DHL depending on your
location. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS Priority.

You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has
shipped.

Will I receive a tracking number or link?

Yes, you'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Are there any countries/regions you don’t ship to?

At this time, we ship internationally to most countries. If we're unable to support a certain country, we will let you know as soon as possible.

What are the estimated delivery times for domestic and international orders?

Delivery times can depend on the carrier, but on average, our products are delivered within 3-7 days after purchase.

What items are eligible for return?

At this time, all items are available for return. If you have any questions, please reach out via support@merle.ltd.

How many days do I have to return an item after delivery?

Please reach out to us at support@merle.ltd within 7 days of receiving your order if you're thinking about returning an item.

What are the steps or link to request a return?

Please reach out to us at support@merle.ltd within 7 days of receiving your order. In the email, please Include:

  • Your order number;
  • Photos, where relevant, of the issues.
What happens next?
  • We aim to process all requests within 7 working days.
  • If your return or refund request is approved, please contact our
    customer service team to obtain the correct return address and
    instructions. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be
    accepted.
Returned items
  • All returned items should be unused, unworn, and unwashed. 
  • We do not accept worn, stained, damaged, or altered items.

Is an exchange option available for size, color, or different product?

A lot of our items are single color and short-run, so exchanges are available for different sizes.
